TuxTyping.org functions as an independent distribution hub for the Tux Typing software (originally developed by the Tux4Kids project). The software is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without any warranties of any kind.
We host the untouched, original binaries of the official stable releases. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free, compatible with all future OS updates, or that the server hosting the files is free of harmful components, although we perform regular security audits.

We are not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with the Tux4Kids project, its developers, or its parent organizations. The official source code for Tux Typing is maintained under the GNU General Public License (GPL) and can be accessed via official project archives.
The use of the name “Tux Typing” and any related logos or characters is done so for identification and descriptive purposes under fair use and open-source licensing principles.
